Established in 2009, RichardsF1.com is an Australian-based motorsport website that focuses on a range of international motorsport championships, including Formula 1, IndyCar Series, V8 Supercars, and the FIA World Touring Car Championship.

We are one of the largest dedicated motorsport websites in the Asia-Pacific region and operate on a strictly not-for-profit basis.

By entering into The Motorsport Shop Giveaway (commencing 12 July 2012), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

The promoters of this giveaway are The Motorsport Shop and RichardsF1.com.
Entry to this giveaway is deemed acceptance of and agreement with these Terms & Conditions, instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within this promotional article form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
The giveaway commences on Thursday 12 July 2012 and finishes at 11:59PM AEST on Saturday 21 July 2012.
This competition is open to all RichardsF1.com readers, or to entrants who can supply a valid postal address in Australia.
Employees of The Motorsport Shop and RichardsF1.com – including their immediate families, agents, sponsors or any persons connected with this giveaway – are ineligible to enter.
In order to enter the giveaway, entrants must submit their entry answer, along with their name, and a secure mailing address via email to giveaways@richardsf1.com. All entries must be received by 11:59PM AEST on Saturday 21 July 2012.
Entries are limited to one per household. Those found to have submitted multiple entries will be deemed ineligible and have their entries removed.
The winners will be drawn at random and the first two valid entries (those being ones that comply with the entry of the giveaway) drawn will win the prize. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within two days of the prize draw, and the announcement will also be published on the RichardsF1.com website.
The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold; the prize (or any part thereof) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value or description of the prize, or if the prize is lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

This agreement is a contract between the customer (you) and RichardsF1.com (ABN 76 794 214 395). These terms and conditions apply to the ordering, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods from http://richardsf1.com/store.
You agree to have read, acknowledged and be bound by the below Terms & Conditions carefully when placing your Order with RichardsF1.com Store. These Terms & Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods, including limitations of liability.
If you do not understand these Terms & Conditions or if you have any questions, please contact our Sales Team via email at store@richardsf1.com and a representative will be happy to assist you.
In completing a purchase with us, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details to enable the processing and delivery of your Order. This information will also be used by the Delivery Agent to fulfil your Order. RichardsF1.com will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver Goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of an Order by you.
Once you submit your Order, cancellations of your Order or changes to the Goods in your Order cannot be made. You must check your Order carefully prior to submitting your Order with us.
You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some goods on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this occurs, we will fulfil your order and forward you the ordered goods as soon as stock becomes available. Please allow up to an additional 20 business days for fulfilment, ordering and dispatch to you. Where provision of these goods cannot be arranged, then we will refund you the price paid for the Goods in question. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. RichardsF1.com is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.
RichardsF1.com reserves the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on the Website without notice to you, unless you have already submitted an Order at a stipulated Price, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing.
RichardsF1.com aims to fulfil the following despatch and delivery timeframes from the submission of your order: 3-7 business days (Australia-wide), 7-28 business days (worldwide). You acknowledge that delays in delivery will be outside the control of RichardsF1.com, and we will not be held liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in delivery.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, but only where the Goods are faulty, or wrongly described. The items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, with the original packing slip and invoice; the Goods must be unworn, unwashed and otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached; you will also be responsible for any costs associated with returning your Goods to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
