Hungarian GP: Button wins wet race in style
He’s consumed plenty of cake to mark his 200th Grand Prix, survived a serious hacking of his website, and now Jenson Button has fended off the rain showers and attacks of other drivers to win today’s Hungarian Grand Prix, an absorbing race that was all about being on the right tyres at the right time.

Franz Engstler has taken a surprise maiden World Touring Car Championship win in the second race at Oschersleben, marking the first win this season for BMW and an end to the run of eleven successive wins for the dominant Chevrolet squad.

Hülkenberg to quit F1?

Just a day after the team offered a terse “No comment” to questions over the state of one of its minor sponsors, Liechtenstein-based Money Service Group, the Swiss team has confirmed it has parted ways with the company.
Happy 33rd birthday, Justin Wilson!
Former F1 driver Justin Wilson is celebrating his 33rd birthday today!
Considered by many as better suited (by dint of his impressive height) to be a basketball player, Sheffield-born Wilson’s rise through the motorsport ranks was fairly straightforward until he took the unusual decision of joining the Formula Palmer Audi series in 1998 when he ran out of money.
